1

RFP agent

The default tab when you open the AdviserGPT Plug-in in Microsoft Word and Excel. Select an entire question and it is placed in the prompt box automatically. Once a question is highlighted, select either Search to find the most applicable answer matches with a match score, or select Answer with AI to generate an answer with a Trust Score based on your top search results.

2

Bulk Answer toggle

Turn on Bulk Answer to answer every question in one pass or even one section at at time instead of one question at a time. Requires the questions to be highlighted in yellow color so that Word recognizes the questions.

3

Open Filters

Click the Open Filters button to filter your Vault Content by documents, tags, and time periods in order to narrow the search and answer results.

4

Improve tool

Use Improve to improve a single answer or an entire document of answers at once including grammar, length, tone, and looking for duplicates.

5

Data agent

Use the Data Agent to answer and update quantitative tables and data-specific questions in bulk or one at a time. Requires your Quarterly Data File to be saved to the Vault.

6

Drafts agent

Enables writing client letters, portfolio commentary, and market insights with content from your Vault. First, select a Writing Template from your Vault to serve as the outline for structure and tone. Second, add relevant Research inputs to inform the writing output. Third, include your Vault content with filters and/or the Web. Last, select or write a Prompt to generate your Draft. Iterate as needed. Save the draft and/or prompt when complete.

How the six pieces fit together

  1. Stay on RFP (pin 1) for narrative questions — it's the tab you'll use most

  2. Open Filters (pin 3) to narrow Vault content by document, tag, or time period before you answer

  3. Run Improve (pin 4) on a single answer or the whole document to tighten grammar, length, tone, and catch duplicates and old content

  4. Jump to Data (pin 5) when a question requires updating numbers and tables from your quarterly data file

  5. Use Drafts (pin 6) to write new commentary and content from research and a writing template

Before you flip Bulk on

The Bulk Answer toggle (pin 2) answers the entire document or several questions at once — start with a few answers in bulk before using it for a full questionnaire. Once the answers are returned, each question has an answer, a Trust Score, and the related sources listed in the plug-in. These question/answer pairs and related Trust Score and sources are persisted so that any viewer can view them when the document is shared via Microsoft 365/SharePoint/OneDrive.
