Answer & Improve Tabs
Switch between Answer to generate a new response and Improve to polish text you’ve already written — both draw on your Vault content.
Document, Tag, and Time Period Filters
Click + Add Filter to narrow answers to specific tags or time periods. Click Document to narrow answers to a specific document or documents in your Vault.
Prompt Box
Type a question directly, or select text anywhere on the page — including inside a portal’s own fields — and it drops into this box automatically. You may have to copy/paste a question into the prompt depending on the portal.
Answer With AI / Search Vault
Answer With AI generates a response with a Trust Score from your top Vault matches. Search Vault returns the highest ranked question and answer matches based on similarity score.
Excel isn’t just for numbers — answer both qualitative and quantitative RFP questions and update data tables directly inside Excel, no exporting to Word or copying numbers by hand.

Same filter as Chrome and Word — filter your search to a specific workbook, tag, or reporting period before you answer.
Ask box
Select a cell or range containing a question, or type one directly — works the same way as the Word Add-in’s Ask box.
Answer With AI / Search Vault
Answer With AI drafts a response with a Trust Score. Search Vault returns ranked source matches without generating new text — useful for sourcing a number before you commit to it.
